Odori 1.350 — game-ready turn-station bakes

Odori Motion Studio 1.350.0 closes out the turn-station wave: authored 30–60° planted turns now bake to ordinary animation clips that survive the full trip from Blender to a running Godot scene.

Highlights

  • Two-bone FK visual bake for the authored turn station, exporting one

ordinary animation clip per GLB with deterministic stats.

  • Exact re-import proofs — every turn batch is verified for lift, skate,

stance, root travel, and yaw both re-imported into Blender and ingested by a Godot runtime harness.

  • Aim and re-facing (1.349) — upper-body-only additive aim deltas,

pelvis-axis turn analysis, and planted two-step synthesis for arbitrary re-facing angles.

  • Ghost-trajectory previews (1.348) — orthographic TOP/SIDE renders of

bone paths as emissive curves, so motion cleanup decisions are made on evidence instead of scrubbing.

Why the proofs matter

Retargeting tools love to claim compatibility. Odori's rule is that a claim must be reproducible by a script: the same batch that passes the in-repo gate is the batch a Godot project loads, with clip names, durations, and hit frames validated on the engine side.
